The bond need to be at the first or main point of disconnect. So if you have one meter feeding a main panel the bond needs to be at that panel. If you have a meter feeding a main braker or disconnect then to a panel then the bond needs to be in the disconnect switch.

Do you have 2 meters or 1? In general, I don't believe that code allows multiple services to feed a single residence but I would need to look it up to be sure. Really need more info to properly answer your question.
