My son is 22 and had zero interest in driving! We even had a great Jeep Cherokee for him to drive when he was ready. Finally forced him to go to drivers ed (because he wouldn't listen to me trying to teach him) and he managed to get his license. No interest in cars whatsoever, either.
My daughter is the polar opposite and has her license and is driving at 16. Wants behind the wheel of the hotrod pretty badly but we will see.
