i have a 40 year old 6" Enco (now MSC) Vise that is starting to show some age. but the limited use it sees it's fine. The Kurt is the Cadillac and MAY BE a decent buy if it's not worn out. I would encourage you to get the biggest one the mill will handle.
BTW Shars is the current ENCO. Enco was bought by MSC as they couldn't compete so buy them and raise the prices.
