The Techron products seem to be 'cleaners' whereas the Seafoam seems to be a 'gas stabilizer'. Or am I missing something? But I am a little biased, after going through the Sta-Bil agony, I use a mix of Seafoam and Red Heet for all my small engines and vehicles that don't get ran frequently. Seems to work. Been doing this for about five years or so without any problems.
