I have been an Amazon prime member for 20 years... Typically I order 8 or 10 times a month. Over the years the service has been excellent, and I have had a couple of returns but the process was painless. Now I find that frequently their pricing is not that competitive so it pays to know what the options are and target price. But the convenience of ordering, choice, timely delivery and order tracking have been incredible...
