there is a school of thought that says 1 square inch of radiator core for each cubic inch of displacement, minimum.

Stock 68 383 radiator core is at 455 sq in.

You might want to double check your math, I get 487 sq in for the ECP unit, wizard doesn't appear to give the core dimensions.

No idea how the row count might affect the equation though.
