This. BTDT quite a few times, see my post in the above mentioned thread about setting an account specifically for having funds wired to you.

Also, if you want to do an auction, seriously consider Bring A Trailer. It is THE site for selling cars these days and gets way more traffic than any other site and it's only $100 to list your car.
