I assume you had the option for lifter oiling done to the block.

If the way the lifter bores are oiled is similar to stock, no mods to oil the top end is necessary when using the 861 lifters.

Unless other modifications have been done to the HS rockers to facilitate the oil getting from the pushrod into the rocker arm, the only thing you’re accomplishing with oil going up the pushrod is improving the lubrication to the adjuster.
