I mean hung over like we used to get at 20 (ish).

If you google there's a "procedure" you can do lying with you head hung over the edge of your bed to reposition those granules. After talking to a bunch of guys a few said they can't work under their car anymore. I haven't tried working under my car lately but I'm VERY cautious how fast I move my head now.

It's called The Epley Maneuver.
