Two weeks ago I ordered a part off Ebag and paid $7.65 shipping. I am just south of Seattle WA, Vendor was in Lincoln NE, I'd asked the vendor to ship USPS and NOT FedEx.
After three work days getting "Shipping Label has been printed, awaiting..... " FedEx SmartPost picked it up late on Friday. Then no updates for 5 days.

From there it went to Nashville TN, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ, City of Industry CA, Sacramento CA, Troutdale OR, Seattle WA where it was handed off to USPS for home delivery. Got it yesterday, 5 days late. Vendors response was blah shruggy
I am waiting for a few days so I can give Vendor a Neutral Feedback and 1 star ping them on shipping and communication.
