I'm just across the river in St. Louis, and I love the deal I got from Missouri on my boat trailer renewal. Went in 2 years ago to renew. It's cheap, about 25.00 every 2 years. Well, they asked me if I wanted to get a permanent registration for 50.00. That was a no-brainer, sign me up... I now have a license tab with a "P" on the plate, and I don't ever have to renew it.
I am thinking about licensing my trailers at my sisters house in Columbia. MO.
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
