It's a bearing and it's in my crankshaft.

The question that I have is whether or not the input shaft will "flop around" since the bearing is so far aft of where the pilot BUSHING had been on the previous car.

Dan, that's a hell of a graphic. I wish I had seen it before.

Does it matter where the the bushing or bearing falls along the length of the input shaft?
