Put a shroud and clutch fan on it.

After that, if you still have issues we need more info such as temperature gain idling, temp gain at low speed, temp gain at highway speed, and other such info.

200 degrees is no big deal. not ideal, but not a worry. 230 degrees is a bit worrisome. Anything higher is a serious concern and needs immediate attention..
