I saved a clean 84 roof , and held onto it for a year. Noone would buy or trade for it, then couldnt give it away. Had to scrap it. made me sick. I had a core support, same outcome. Florida and other coastline areas eat up roofs of everything. Personally, I don't think there are many people who would take on a proper roof repair, but having a patch panel would help. Well really you need 4 pieces. The outer and inner panels, the header panel sandwiched between the two and the drip rail.
