Makes sense that the GTX would not have the plastic chrome across the top as the GTX dash trim covers it. My original GTX bezel is not chromed.......which brings up the question "how did you two get to debating this chrome/not chrome bezel when you can't see the not chromed bezel top on the GTX with it covered by the GTX trim just a little fun and joking there, not meaning anything by it

My Y2 Sunfire 4-spd GTX with no top chrome bezel....and don't forget the GTX bezel is completely different than the Road Runners in that it has a 15/150 MPH readout versus the RR's 120 MPH so it's easy to leave it un-chromed (pennies savings too) for the GTX in the first place
