Folks run gear drives
Do they go faster? I doubt it--do they have less harmonics transmitted to valve train?--I doubt it---are they better than a chain? In what way that really really matters-- Better with a blower? I think so ---- as good as a belt drive? No way IMO
Help timing stability?? Not anything like a crank trigger!!!
BTW if you are bracket racing and want to run the number better then get a crank trigger--you will be amazed!! Stunned at how much better it is

If I had a Milodon gear drive laying around and a race engine to build would I use it ??? Heck yea!
