Headers installed? If so, I'd start with a generic V-8 shaft. You're likely going to have to move the tab on the shaft anyway and you may have to shorten the shaft as well, which might allow you to get the tab to clear of any interference.

Your clutch fork may be the variable here.

I ended up using an unmodified slant 6 shaft in order to clear the TTI headers.



Interesting. The torque shaft I had was found in the trunk of a slant 6 car. Maybe it was a slant shaft
