Disclaimer: I'm not using the Lakewood B/H. Just trying to point an issue you may run into.

Headers installed? If so, I'd start with a generic V-8 shaft. You're likely going to have to move the tab on the shaft anyway and you may have to shorten the shaft as well, which might allow you to get the tab to clear of any interference.

Your clutch fork may be the variable here.

I ended up using an unmodified slant 6 shaft in order to clear the TTI headers.
