I will throw one other thing out there that I noticed between the 68-69 and the 70 wheel. The 70 wheel has only 3 injection mold ports on the back side while the 68-69 wheels have 6 injection ports.
These "ports" are a weak point and usually where the wheel first likes to start cracking.
