To say he isn’t tallented or capable of doing this is making a false statement. He is in the position to pay for a build like this precisely because of his skills. Unless you are a true “do it yourselfer” with actual experience in metal fab, maybe you just can’t recognize it. He is a rare breed of modern metal fabricator. He would be just as comfortable being a blacksmith as building a billet wheel.
