You can have anything made. Mine were done that way because they were readily available shelf items and needed minimal modification. I had the most basic, close to "standard" heads. I realize that what you are running is more exotic. Just more of a reason to go with the better parts.
EFIdart has predator heads. I'm not real sure about the valve sizes used in those...

Anyway, you both have very impressive cars. I applaud your perseverance. You have a lot of fans here!
