Well gotta give them thumbs up for customer service. Sent it back and got it back in a reasonable amount of time. Right now they have earned my respect back.
That's good to hear. 440 source sent me a new dist for free after I broke a piece off in mine & I just asked them the availability/price of the new (miniscule) part and Rock Auto sent me a new set of head gaskets ASAP when they were damaged intransit & they didn't request any pics or anything.
