Measure the diameter of the valve guide at the top of it and then order some aftermarket press on seals, those will help you get the clearances you need. It is very unusual for the exhaust to clear and the intake to not have the exact same clearances with identicle seals, maybe you need everything on those heads out real well to see if you can figure out what is causing this Let us know what you find and do to correct it I stock all kinds of valve seals for Mopars, PM if I can help you resolve this
