I want to say thanks to Mike Tarkington for helping me out. I sent my wheel in to him and my spokes were a little to bad to save. Luckily he remembered he had one with super nice spokes he had restored he would sell me so I just bought it instead. I personally think it's a beautiful piece. Just have to change the horn button.
