I checked my '68 parts manual and it gave the same 2525254 part number.

JohnRR, I am not really going for 100% OE judging, but the car is so very original with the exception of a few mechanical things here and there, I've already had people want to look at it for reference... I just figured everything should be "correct" as possible. I just want to replace the parts that have already been replaced it what it originally had.

Mattax, I have seen the red spring clips used as well. I planned on running them as well. Good point. I think the parts vendors like you use the term "OEM Style" for a part that is basically a "service part"... and it somewhat looks the same but would be made by Fram or Wix, or along those lines.
