The 110LSA will have: more vaccum, broader power bowerband, but LESS peak power. Less emmisions for those who care. Smoother idle.

Beyond that though, I don't know which scenario would nake more torque down low, (the 104 install is favorable as far as ICL, but the 110LSA is favorable as far as LSA) Maybe others can answer.
