Looks like a nicely optioned car with lots of potential! By 71, a lot of runners were equipped with many of options, unlike the earlier years.
All 71 383 road runners were N code cars. It designated an HP 383 4bbl.
The canopy vinyl top was available the entire model year on road runners, made available mid year for GTX and others. Nothing especially rare about that on a runner. Also, the canopy vinyl and strobe stripe combination isn't especially rare.
What is not as common is the A/C and 4spd combo. Also odd is the combination of A/C, power steering, and manual drum brakes.
In addition to what was already mentioned, the A87 road runner decor package included hood indent pinstripes (V21), the 3 spoke delux steering wheel (your car has), the upper door panels you have, the strobe stripe, AND brite wheel opening mouldings. You'll most likely find the holes still there from where they were attached.
As mentioned previously, you'll want to visit the website in my signature. There are lots of 71 B Body guys hanging out there (it's dedicated to 71-74 Plymouth B bodies).
