These are just like the ones that I had on my 2002 CTD 2WD, but that truck had rear disk brakes and the 1998 has rear drums.

I know I should have checked first for fitment issues, but time and CL sellers wait for no man. My plan was to glass bead the wheels and have them powder coated and mount some 265/75R16s afterwards. So the question is, before I go out to the shop and play tire wrestler in the cold, are there possible fit issues in these stock wheels at either front or back on my 1998??

My 2000 CTD 2500 4x4 had those wheels on it and didn't need any grinding etc
