With 10.5 CR, you are going to need a lot more cam than necessary to run on pump 91 E10, even if you have quench, which I'm assuming you don't since your are running iron pass car heads.

With 250 cfm on a 365 ci motor, a 230 @
.050" cam will shift at about 64-6500, but you need to drop the CR by a point without quench, to use it and .75 point with quench. Otherwise, it will rattle, whether you hear it or not.
