So I picked up my engine from Hensley Performance last September. Winter was busy and I didn't get to the garage much, and now I see this?!!!

1. Bolt rust. Understandable, they're iron. What can I use that won't rust - or should I clean these and protect them, with clear?

2. Intake manifold - rust / discoloration. I thought these things were aluminum and would oxidize - but not discolor like this? What is going on?
