Once you have the projector level, how are you fixing it in place in the old halogen light housing? And making it air tight? Lots of silicone?

The projector has a hollow threaded shaft that feeds through the bulb hole from front to back (opposite of how you install a regular bulb). A large nut secures it from the "engine side" of the housing. There is a silicone washer that slides on the threaded shaft before passing it through the housing. This seals the bulb opening and helps to keep the projector from rotating.
As for air tight, most factory housings these days are vented to prevent condensation. I did use silicone to seal the clear lens back on though.
