Just another console note. There was no 4-speed console after 1969 and the 69 console top plate was unique as well as the console door. In 69 it had a woodgrain top, and from 66-69 it sprung down instead of having a button and springing-up from 70-76. 
The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
