I can relate to that last bit about 8.75" in Valiants. I bought a new Valiant Scamp Hardtop in 1971 with a 225/727/8.75" drive line, I wish I still had it. It was a great commuter car.

As to what a Dana 60 is worth, it depends on what you want it for. If original numbers and pinion snubbers are important then whatever the market will bear. If you want to race, then the big tube truck rears are where you begin and I can find them anywhere for $150.00 and up depending on the carrier.

BTW the center sections are cast steel not cast iron and I weld them to the tubes with 7013 rod. Then the tubes don't move and leak gear oil.
