I had 2nd Pro-Shifted so I don't typically use it much for street driving. For 3rd and 4th I'll run it to ~2200-2400 or so, clutch, then put a little pressure on the handle and it falls right into gear. It's a bit of a hassle but once you get used to it, it's no big deal. Racing a FP trans makes it worth while. I've tried some of the other shifting methods you mentioned, but didn't like the clashing. For me this works best.
