MuuMuu there are a ton of small block combos you could build, but bang for the buck it is hard to beat a warmed over 360 for a street car.

If the budget is a little bigger a 408 with some cylinder head is a fun way to go.

But it is a slippery slope when it comes to how much is enough when it comes to go fast stuff.
