I should have stated that on a stock BB Mopar forged steel crank that was internally balanced at the factory you may need to have some of the balance holes welded up with those parts, some of them, not all of them I've built a bunch of 440 with those parts, I'm sure almost all of them had metal added by welding in the balance holes, some probally had some additional metal removed by drilling the counterweights also
