People have went both ways & have had success (& failures) either way with or without and 1 or 2. A guy on here "superperformance) iirc sells thin .015" paper gaskets which are my choice (on both sides) with Permatex "high tack" the red stuff in the spray can to glue em on, #99MA and Permatex #1 in the toothpaste like tube around the 8 port openings on the pan on both sides to seal the ports. A thin wide even swath. First mockup the pan/intake dry & check the height of the bolt holes as with OE deck height variation/head/deck milling/many thickness available for head gaskets you could be anywhere regarding that fitment. The felpro paper gaskets are .030" iirc maybe thicker
