FWIW, I ran the old Street Hemi grind in my 64 413 with stock intake and exhaust manifolds. I did upgrade to 906 heads though. With the original 3.23 gears it was somewhat soft off the line, when I put in 4.10's it really woke the combo up. This was a stick car too.
