I really wish I had more info, the car is very apart now. Im guessing 3700 - 3800 pounds when done.
I would think there would be many guys running B & E body cars with big blocks and 4-links or ladder bars with coilover shock setups?
Maybe they just don't remember what spring they have on. I wanted to get them with the summit discount.

The 3700-3800 isnt gonna help much.. you need to know
the rear weight... then subtract the unsprung weight
then see what they want for the manufacturers design
height for the shock... for the general spec its
5/8 of the stroke inside the shock.. set the bottom
spanner up 1" and if the spring is right it will
drop down in to that 5/8 point.. if its within 1"
you can adjust that.. if its greater then you need
to change the springs.... as a GUESS the 125#-130#
should be real close.... if the body isnt setting
at the height correctly then you move the bottom of
the shock to get it right... dont just crank up the
spanner(you would be going out of the design height)

Yeah I was just talking about to get the ride height eye to eye set properly. Guess I should have said that. Was just trying to get my uneducated opinion on suggested spring rate to him. Set up after parts!

Back in the swing of things at Painless again! Great to be back!
