Being a little soft on the springs is much easier to work with than being left with too stiff of a spring. I would get a set of 125's and go from there. you can always run the spanner up on the spring and store some energy in the spring and the car will actually work better. If you go to stiff you really won't get as much out of the shocks as you should. just my
