Well I had my 48RE rebuilt and it is great now, except the overdrive keeps going out, this is the third time now and I am sick of it. First issue was with a large "wave" washer that broke, second time was solenoid, who knows what the issue is this time. The problem is that the shop that rebuilt it usually only works on trans that have been brought in, they don't R&R them.
