Easier to do this swap and it was to put one into my 87 Diplomat. I am intimately familiar with what needs doing when converting over. I usually spend whatever time is needed to get the parts I need at a low cost. Took me two years to gather up the stuff to swap into the Diplomat, but it cost me under $500 to go from auto to stick. Cuda is on course for about the same cost.
