Sure it will, and has done just that for years.
It just needs to be setup properly. Adjusters what are hollow, which allows oil to enter the cup. I prefer Cup adjusters, and ball/ball end pushrods.  Many people with these rockers, have had zero problems with this setup. My self included..I ran The Jesel setup, and made my own Oiling spray bars, out of brake line etc. Ran it for years without trouble.
 Use spray bars with Jesel on Indy440-1 heads with zero problems.
