X2, since you wouldn't lose psi just from the rocker nut(s) coming apart. I'm thinking you shut it down when the cyls started acting up & that'd of saved it from the no oil psi damage. retrieve the parts/solve the rocker issue & you'll likely come out of this in good shape. It was not a dumb Q. What eng? I'd fix the rockers then preoil with a 5/16" hex with the crank turned to the 2 seperate sweet spots to confirm the heads are oiling plus what you see on your gauge. The big problem/issue/question mark is what happened to the rocker assys'
