That pic is what I pulled up on a Bing search ... the OEM Mopar ones were a yellow or white nylon insert. And I would not bet my life on it ... but I think the OEM used those on the windage tray motors only .... because of the two gaskets and the thickness of the tray....

I say either get those special bolts OR use some quality RTV on the bolts going into the case. ANY of that locklite ....I would worry about it fugging-up the alum threads on the case ...if you ever had to pull the pan off again.
