Are you positive its the pan leaking? I only ask because I thought my cast pan wasn't sealing only to find out it was my dipstick tube o ring. I needed to install a new o ring with some rtv smeared on it to stop the leak. Shift seals are also another potential leak source that makes it look like its a pan leak.
