I put on a new gasket with Permatex High Tack gasket sealer, on all four sides. Followed directions to the letter. Drove the car a short way today. Pan is leaking. I checked the blots which were loose by about a 1/4 turn to re-tighten them. Should I use the Red or Blue Permatex threadlocker on the bolts?

This is getting old.
