yes & it will increase the front track out a bit maybe 1/4" per side but you'll be getting new wheels anyway. 15's may not fit unless you use very low profile tires. If you replace the calipers ask for 76 dart ones as they are 2.75" bore dia as opposed to 2.6" on the 73-75 A units & more front bias is always needed. $250 sounds steep (to me). Mount the spindles on the appropriate side so the calipers are in the front (I'm assuming no swaybar) and ask for 78 volare brake hoses (just cut off half of the metal bracket that is crimped on the middle of the hose) & MP has the recommended (by me) ribbed washers that go on either side of the banjo bolt # 6030084
