This disc brake question by the op is real simple to answer.
If the brake caliper, is a four piston caliper, it's a Kelsey Hayes, small bolt pattern brake system, that's on the car.
If it has a single piston caliper, it's big bolt pattern, swaped on from a Later A body car, B or E body, or even a F, M, J, car.
