I've installed several Keisler TKO 5 spd's behind HEMI equipped Mopars with no issues, and the customers have flogged the cars with no parts breakage...

If your going to go raceing with slicks, then anything can break, but if your building a nice street/strip car with 500-600HP and up to 700 ft lbs of torque the TKO can handle it, if your not willing, or can't be bothered to modify your car to accept a TKO properly installed, then a TKO isn't for you...
